Joe is a Realtor based in Middle Tennessee, servicing Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson, Sumner, and Robertson counties. Originally from New York and having spent most of his adult life in the Southeast—residing mostly in Florida and Georgia—Joe has proudly called Tennessee home for the past 7 years. 

Before transitioning into the real estate industry, Joe held a leadership position with one of the largest privately held companies in the United States, with over 250,000 employees and more than $55 billion in annual revenue. With 30+ years of experience in his prior role, he brings expertise in negotiation, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and a win-win mentality to the real estate business.

Joe’s passion has always been his dedication to the level of service, care, and loyalty he provides to the people he serves. With a client-first mentality, Joe understands the fiduciary responsibility he carries for his clients. When he’s not working in real estate, Joe spends his time with his wife of 31 years and their four adult children. In addition, he enjoys listening to music, going on cruise vacations, and is a huge sports fan—especially when it comes to baseball and college football.
